And I'm Back in the Game!!!

I have had a lot of people ask me where the cake classes are held. I have been taking my classes at Michaels and our teacher is fantastic. She makes the most amazing cakes. You can check out her stuff and get great recipes at http://mysweetweddingcakes.com.

Tonight was my last night of my Course Two cake decorating class. It was fantastic. These whole course was devoted to making different flowers and the final goal was a cute flower basket cake. I am pretty impressed with how my cake turned out. It is such a fun class, I cant wait for the next course.

WOw you should start your own cake business. do you watch "Amazing Wedding Cakes" On TLC I think it is? They make it look so easy but there is no way I could do anything like that! Way to go!

Holy crap, you've got to be kidding me! That looks better than my wedding cake did, and I bet it tastes better too. I'll keep you in mind next time I get married. :)

Not too shabby! I like the daisies and the yellow daffodils the best. Look at the skills you are acquiring-we need to open a shop.

Wow! Those cakes are amazing. I don't know if I could do something like that even if I tried! Absolutally beautiful! Hey Cheese! - we are in West Point, that's down by Syracuse. My husband farms in Hooper and I am back to school online at USU. I love it! That is awesome that you are in grad school. Good job! Be sure to keep in touch!

Your cake looks awesome. I haven't been to see what your are up to, but it looks like you are keeping busy. You look like such a good mom and wife. You are done with school right? Is it Charlie that is still in school? Is it Karol Fluckiger that is getting married? If so, how is that girl? I haven't seen her since I think my wedding. Tell her hi for me if you see her! Thanks. Hopefully I will have more time in the future to look at my friends blogs more. Keep up the good work in your cake class. I would give you an A+!
