Cake Decorating Class Rocks!

Last night was my second cake decorating class and we were finally able to start doing little projects. I am in Course 1 which goes over the basics of cake decorating. We learn how to make lots of cute things like flowers and stars. The most important thing the class is supposed to master is the "Wilton rose." It is super hard and takes lots of practice. I was dreading doing them because I know how hard they are and as many of you know, I get really frustrated when I cant do things. Well, I actually was really good at them! My teacher was impressed!
I am taking the class with one of my bestest friends, Jenni. She is a freakin' riot and we just giggle the entire class. We have known one another since we were little girls. She was so nice and even brought me an adorable apron to use during our class. It has been super fun! Next week, we are doing clown cupcakes so look for more pictures next week.

We started practing writing with our frosting. Here is Jenni with her finished product.
My finished product (I dont do pictures)
My rose!!! This was my second attempt.
Silly Jenni!
