Sorry for all the posts recently but I couldnt pass this up.
I realized today that next Wednesday, I have to make three cakes. I volunteered to make two cakes for my ward party (even though I wont be attending, what was I thinking) and I have to bring one ready to decorate for class next week. I decided to get a head start and start making some flowers. I got out the parchment paper and went to town. I ended up with quite a few flowers and set them out to dry.
Fast forward a couple of hours and Charlie puts Sadie up in her seat for dinner. We had ordered pizza and I was in the kitchen fixing my plate. I then hear Charlie say "oh s*%#!" I wander into the dining room to see this:
ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME?
I guess the glare of those little flowers were just too much for Sadie to handle. She could hardly restrain herself and I...sigh...just have to laugh.
Can you say "sugar high?"

LOL SHe is a cutie!! You are doing really good at the cake decorating, I wanted to tell you that, because I tried at a relief society activity and yeah needless to say mine looked like a pile of *Charley's word* "$#*%" SO good job!!

So cute! Tha is pretty funny. I haven't checked blogs forever..I LOVE your wedding pics and good for you for taking a cake decorating class. That sounds like a blast! I can hardly do my kids basic B-Day cakes!

It's as if she had a strategy in mind...went straight for the flowers in the middle. Not messin' around with those ones on the edge. Did she need a bath after that or what!?
The flowwers-what are left look very good. Too cute! I think I would want to try a few ...if no one was looking!

I'm so impressed that you can make cute cakes. When it comes to things like that I am a total klutz. Those pictures of Sadie are priceless. I can just imagine Charlie finding that. :) Makes me laugh.
